The Artist Incubator Project is a 3 month program that includes:
- Music Business Workshops with Industry Professionals: Booking Agents/Talent Buyers, Managers, Producers and Entertainment Attorneys (last round featured agents from Slim's, Great American Music Hall, Leafy Green, Roberta Flack's Manager, Tough Love Management, Attorneys for Santana, Camper Van Beethoven Rappin' 4 Tay), Managers)
- Monthly Song/Demo Review Sessions moderated by industry professionals. Get feedback on your songs/demos and career advice in a supportive environment.
- Recording and Live Sound Technology Workshops tailored to musicians and songwriters. Learn the basics of the technology so you can better achieve the sound that you want and also learn about technology that can aid in the composition process.
- Recording Opportunities. Participants record one song in WAM's professional facility
- Performance Opportunities. Participate in quarterly WAM performance nights at local venues. Learn to set up a PA and the best way to do a sound check.
The cost of the entire program is $600 for WAM members and $750 for non-members.
