Artist Incubator Project

jenonguitar.jpgThe Artist Incubator Project is a 3 month program that includes:
  • Monthly Song/Demo Review Sessions moderated by industry professionals. Get feedback on your songs/demos and career advice in a supportive environment.
  • Recording and Live Sound Technology Workshops tailored to musicians and songwriters. Learn the basics of the technology so you can better achieve the sound that you want and also learn about technology that can aid in the composition process.
  • Free open lab time. Artists can sign up for lab time to work on projects and be assisted by an advanced WAM recording engineer intern.
  • Performance Opportunities. Participate in quarterly WAM performance nights at local venues. Learn to set up a PA and the best way to do a sound check.

The cost of the entire program is $500 for WAM members and $650 for non-members. Some of the classes may be taken individually but will not include the monthly song demo critique, studio time or performance opportunities. There is a payment plan for registration of the entire program but you must pay installments by check, call 415-558-9200 for details.
