We're kicking off 2010 with a movie series focusing on the pioneers who shaped recording, and the legacy they've left behind. Come join us for an evening of education and entertainment! These events are free for WAM members; RSVP to sjones@womensaudiomission.org.
On February 24 at 7pm, We'll screen "Les Paul: Chasing Sound": He was the Godfather of the electric guitar. Inventor of multi-track recording, overdubbing, reverb, and echo. His virtuosic playing, and the mythical Gibson electric guitar that bears his name, inspired the legends of the rock & roll revolution.
