After four days of construction, our new floor is almost done! Thanks to the hard work of WAM staff and a team of dedicated volunteers, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Seven layers of acoustic material, sheetrock and plywood have been installed, and 700 nails and 2,500 staples, and buckets of glue and acoustic caulk are holding everything together. Now we're down to the final touches-a coat of primer and the finished surface layer. It won't be long now until the studio is back in business!
